Meet the filterbox
A healthy living environment is largely provided by a well-functioning ventilation system. What the ventilation system cannot influence is the quality of the air from outdoors. In a polluted environment, for example close to an industrial site, an additional (carbon) filter is needed to be able to guarantee a healthy indoor climate. The Filterbox also provides a solution to strong odours, e.g. caused by agricultural or hospitality industry activities. Installing the Filterbox keeps fine dust, odours and coarse particles at bay.
Depending on the situation and your requirements, different types of Filterbox are available:
Compact Filterbox
Filterbox Plus
Collective Filterbox (bespoke)
The IsolAir Filterbox Compact and the IsolAir Filterbox Plus are both suitable for installation in residential buildings, where the Filterbox is connected before or after the heat recovery unit. The IsolAir Filterbox Plus, unlike the Compact version, has activated carbon cylinders. This gives the Plus a greater capacity to neutralise odours. The Collective Filterbox can be connected to an air treatment unit, so it can also be integrated with building utilities.
