Prefabricated cast-in channels offer a practical and efficient solution for integrating pipes and installations into concrete floors and walls. They optimise the construction process by ensuring that installations are neatly and accurately positioned in the correct place before the concrete is poured. The result? A clean, durable construction without the need for major adjustments afterwards.

With the help of our BIM library, you can easily design and configure the desired installation. Once it is completely to your liking, the flat ducts are produced (to measure), in line with the specific project requirements. This approach increases the speed of construction, reduces the risk of errors on the construction site and contributes to an efficient and well-organised installation. Thanks to their high dimensional accuracy and robust design, the prefabricated cast-in channels are suitable for both residential and non-residential construction.

The Powertrain is a prefabricated installation box that replaces the traditional technical room. The soundproof enclosure provides space for all the necessary components: ventilation, heating, hot water supply and energy generation (via solar panels). This not only saves space, but also makes the construction process much smoother. We assemble the Powertrain in close collaboration with the installer, after which the energy module can be installed in the home fully prefabricated and ready for use.

Higher quality, minimal transport and less need for skilled workers are just a few of the many advantages offered by the Powertrain. Because we are brand-independent, we can fully accommodate your wishes. Customisation is also possible, Such as installation above the stairwell or under the roof slope. And last but not least: the Powertrain is available in any RAL colour you desire.

Shaft ducts, also known as standpipes or risers, are prefabricated. The drawings specify exactly which heights, feed-throughs, branches, fixings and other details are required for each floor. If insulation of the ducts is required, we include this directly in the prefabricated design.

All that remains to be done on site is to assemble the prefabricated components. Because on-site work is kept to a minimum, assembly consists of simply stacking and connecting the prefabricated parts. All components are clearly labelled in advance with their exact position, ensuring quick, clear and error-free assembly.
