Interduct Privacy Statement

Interduct respects your personal data and takes care to ensure that the personal data that are either provided to us or that we obtain by other means, are handled confidentially. Personal data include any and all information about a person. Data that provide information indirectly about a person are also personal data. The following represents our implementation of the duty of disclosure to the data subject(s) whose personal data are processed by Interduct, as laid down in the GDPR.

Controller and communication

This statement applies to the website www.interduct.nl. Interduct includes the operating companies within the Interduct Group BV, a list of whom can be obtained on request from the Chamber of Commerce. Please note that this site may link to other websites, which may be subject to different data protection regulations.

Interduct processes personal data in order to be able to provide services, improve service levels and to be able to communicate personally with you as a data subject. As a data subject, you have made the choice to provide your personal data. You can also sign up to receive a newsletter or other forms of communication from Interduct.

Purpose of personal data processing

Interduct exclusively processes the above-mentioned personal data for the purposes specified below, as defined in Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • To be able to contact you by phone should you request it;

  • To be able to contact you in writing (by email and/or post) if you unexpectedly cannot be reached by phone;

  • Collection of payments for invoices;

  • Notification, mediation, and referral;

  • To comply with our legal and statutory obligations;

  • Marketing and communication activities such as collecting, sharing and using personal data for personalised advertising;

  • The performance of an agreement;

  • Recruitment and selection (job application).

  • Legitimate interests.

Which personal data are processed?

Interduct processes the following (types or categories of) personal data for the purposes of the services provided, or made available by the data subject of their own volition:

  • Your first and last name;

  • Your address information;

  • Your phone number;

  • Your email address;

  • Your gender;

  • Your visitor behaviour;

  • Your IP address.

The personal data listed above are processed by Interduct because either you provided them of your own free will as a data subject, in the context of obtaining services, or they were communicated to us by third parties, including counterparties, or they became known to us from public sources.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Interduct exclusively shares your personal data with third parties when and as required for our services, with due observance of the purposes mentioned above. Third parties to whom Interduct provides data are Interduct subsidiaries, Google, IT suppliers and service providers and our hosting provider. Moreover, Interduct may supply personal data to a third party, e.g. a supervisory authority or another public authority institution, where a relevant statutory obligation exists.

A processing agreement has been concluded with the third party that processes your personal data on behalf of and according to instructions given Interduct, which requires the said third party to also comply with the GDPR. Third parties hired by Interduct who offer services as a data controller are directly responsible for compliance with the GDPR, as it relates to the (further) processing of your personal data.

Personal data security

Interduct attaches great importance to the security and the protection of your personal data and has put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures, in line with the technical state of the art, in order to safeguard a level of security appropriate to the risk. Because Interduct relies on services from third parties, e.g. an IT service provider, Interduct has established arrangements for adequate security measures to protect personal data as part of a processing agreement.

Retention period for personal data

Interduct retains personal data to be processed for no longer than necessary for the above purposes or as required by law or regulations. Your data will be kept for no more than one year if you do not sign a contract with us.

Privacy rights of data subjects

A request for inspection, correction, restriction, objection, data transfer, erasure of your personal data or withdrawal of your previously given consent can be sent via the contact details below. You will receive a further message from us within four weeks of receipt of your request. There may be circumstances where Interduct cannot comply, or not in full, with your request as a data subject. For example, this may be due to legally required retention periods. You can send your requests in this respect to: info@interduct.nl.

Interduct would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can contact them at https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/contact-met-de-autoriteit-persoonsgegevens/tip-ons

When you make a request, we may ask you for a copy of your identity document, so that we can be sure that the request was made by you and that we do not provide your personal data to the wrong party or make invalid changes to your data.

Before using these third-party services, it is advisable to read those third parties' own privacy statement.
