Personal data we process

We process personal data that you provide to us yourself or that is automatically collected when you use our website or services.

We process, among other things:

  • Name, address, place of residence (name and address details)

  • Telephone number and email address

  • Company name and position (if applicable)

  • Content of correspondence (such as contact forms or emails)

  • IP address, browser data and website usage (via cookies — see separate cookie statement)

  • Payment and invoice details (if relevant)

  • Application details (CV, cover letter, references)

We do not process any special categories of personal data (such as health data, race, religion, etc.).

Purpose of processing personal data

    • To deliver products or services and process payments.

    • To inform you about new products, services or promotions (only with your consent).

We use personal data exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our services, or if we are legally obliged to do so.

We work with:

  • Hosting provider (for website and email storage)

  • Email service (for communication and newsletters)

  • Marketing agency(ies) (for website optimisation and campaigns)

  • Administration or accounting firm (for financial processing)

Processing agreements have been concluded with all these parties to ensure that your data is processed securely and exclusively in accordance with our instructions.

We do not provide personal data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless they offer appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

Security of personal data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure.

Examples include:

We will respond within 4 weeks. If your request is complex, this period may be extended by up to 2 months, in which case you will be informed.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority via www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

Interduct B.V. reserves the right to change this privacy statement. The most current version can always be found at www.interduct.nl/privacy.

Changes will be announced with the date of entry into force.
