Bespoke ventilation parts
Our wholesalers’ product range includes everything you need to install a high-quality ventilation system. Can’t find the product you’re looking for? Then we will make it for you, in collaboration with our own R&D department if necessary. Virtually anything is possible: from large ventilation pipes and specific fittings to extra insulation and components in any desired RAL colour. Production takes place in our own factory. Here we produce both standard products and specials, as well as our own innovations such as heat pump roof cowling and the Powertrain.

From our own factory
Cutting and bending sheet metal, assembling parts by welding or pop riveting, rolling spiro tubes, applying insulation to ductwork and powder-coating parts: it all happens in our own factory in Ittervoort. And we do even more than that, such as bundling components for a specific project or even per dwelling. This allows you to get started right away on site, instead of having to figure things out first. And that saves you time and prevents errors. Because our skilled professionals – often with more than 10 to 15 years of experience – are able to manufacture virtually every conceivable ventilation product, you are always assured of receiving the correct components. High quality and on-site quickly. We supply our products both directly to clients and to the Interduct companies.

This is what our production process looks like
The production of ventilation parts is carried out in two ways: in series for standard products and on request for bespoke products. First and foremost, this means that we ensure that Interduct companies always have the necessary parts available to carry out their projects without interruption. Additionally, we liaise directly with customers who have requested our assistance in the production of standard components, bespoke products and specials.
Where necessary, we collaborate with our own Research & Development department for this purpose. Is the design satisfactory? Then we will start production immediately. We manage this entirely in-house: from cutting metals to applying the coating. We will, of course, make clear arrangements regarding the time and place of delivery, so that you are able to get on with your project swiftly. Curious about the possibilities? We manufacture the majority of our products in our own factory in Ittervoort. From here, subsidiary Robé supplies many clients every year with standard components, bespoke products and specials, both directly and via one of the other Interduct companies. More than just production
The production of components is just one of our specialities. Or rather: we have everything you need for an optimal indoor climate. What does that mean in concrete terms? Interduct provides advice and designs a ventilation system tailored to your specific situation, supplies the necessary parts, takes care of the installation (also for renovations), makes the system ready for use and, if desired, takes care of maintenance.
Clients often opt for our total concept, whereby we take care of the entire ventilation project. No hassle with different partners and separate schedules, but everything centrally arranged from one organisation. Thanks to the combined strengths within our group, you can always rely on extensive expertise, sufficient capacity and a partner in your area. This allows us to work together to create a sustainable, healthy, and comfortable indoor environment for the end users of your project.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which components do you manufacture yourselves?
In our factory, we are able to produce virtually all components required for the construction of a ventilation system, with the exception of units. Take, for example, spiro tubes, rectangular ductwork, fittings, roof cowling, damper actuators, and adhesive plates. Because we have the entire production process under one roof, it is also possible to develop bespoke products and specials. Tell us what you need – we will make it for you.
What are the delivery times for parts and specials?
Our standard solutions are almost always in stock and are therefore delivered quickly, depending on the order size and the time of ordering. For bespoke products and specials, the situation is slightly different: production will only commence once you have approved the proposal or design. Of course, we will work together to ensure that the products arrive at the right location on time, so that you can get on with your project swiftly.
How do you ensure that the products comply with the applicable standards and regulations?
Everything we produce is initially designed or tested by our own Research & Development department. They have extensive knowledge of the requirements and regulations that apply to ventilation products, including airtightness and noise. This ensures you receive high-quality parts.
Can I also collect the products?
Yes, that is possible. We understand that sometimes you cannot wait or do not want to wait for the delivery service. In that case, you can collect the ordered products from our main site in Ittervoort, where the factory is also located. Some standard products are also available at our collection counter in Nederweert. Please let us know when you are coming, and we will ensure that everything is ready for you.
Do your parts also fit ventilation systems installed by another party?
Our products are available in various sizes and designs and therefore fit virtually any system, regardless of the installer, supplier or brand. Are our standard solutions not sufficient? Then we will create a bespoke product. For business clients, we will also install this if desired. Please feel free to contact us for more information or to make an appointment.
Do you produce bespoke products and specials for private individuals?
Interduct focuses on the commercial market and therefore does not supply bespoke products and specials directly to private individuals. However, you can order our standard parts – and other items – via our webshops.
