If required, the materials can be packed and delivered on a per-property or per-project-phase basis. This ensures that the correct components are immediately available, saves on assembly time and reduces the need to search for items on site.

Flat ducts
Prefabricated cast-in ducts offer an efficient solution for incorporating ventilation ducts into concrete floors and walls. As the ducts are installed in the correct position before the concrete is poured, construction proceeds more quickly and major alterations are rarely required afterwards. The result? The precast cast-in ducts are characterised by high dimensional accuracy and a robust design. Using our BIM library, you can easily model the desired installation in a 3D model. Once the design is exactly as required, we manufacture the cast-in-place ducts as prefabricated, fully bespoke units, tailored to the specific project requirements. This approach reduces installation time, minimises the risk of errors and ensures a more efficient construction process.
Duct solution for vertical shafts
Shaft ducts
Shaft ducts, also known as standpipes or risers, differ from spiral ducts and cast-in ducts in that they are installed vertically. The required heights, branch connections, fixings and other details are determined on the basis of the construction drawings provided. Is insulation required? If so, we incorporate this directly into the prefabricated design. On site, the prefabricated components then simply need to be assembled. As on-site work is kept to a minimum, assembly mainly consists of stacking and connecting the prefabricated parts. Because we label all components clearly with their exact position, assembly can be carried out quickly, efficiently and without errors.
