Central Limburg's favourite employer? That's us!

On Tuesday 18 April, the winners were finally announced at the partner event at Beachclub Degreez in Panheel. Companies are split into regions and two categories, SMEs and Large Companies. Below is an overview of the favourite employers in Limburg 2023.

Participation
Over 180 companies registered to participate in the election for favourite employer in Limburg 2023, organised by Meet the Youngsters. This year, Interduct participated for the second time. We are proud and grateful to have been named the favourite employer in Central Limburg both times; in 2021 and 2023. Last year (2022) was a year of growth. This is good news, of course, but is also very demanding on our people. Our focus was therefore switched fully onto our staff and managing the ongoing developments. This year, we did feel we had the bandwidth to take part. Colleagues within the Interduct group once again proved why Interduct is a favourite employer by getting involved in large numbers and collecting votes.
The future
Of course, we are incredibly proud that Interduct holds the title "favourite employer in Central Limburg 2023", but we would also rather like to keep that title. Or even better: we want to be the favourite employer in all of Limburg. Not just for the sake of our employees, but also for our customers. Because the happier our people are, the more they throw their hearts and souls into their work, and the better they serve our customers. We therefore intend to take part in this vote again in the future. And who knows... third time's the charm?
