Interduct and AirTotaal join forces

Directors Frank Huis (Interduct) and Jeroen Hendriksen (AirTotaal Group) met in 2022. "Initially it was about commercial matters, but soon we were talking about pooling our forces," Jeroen says. And that collaboration is now a reality. Paul Hendriksen, co-owner of the AirTotaal Group, says: "The more often we sat down together, the more enthusiastic we became. Through this collaboration, we have the opportunity to speed things up and grow our 'baby' even faster." Interduct will provide the facilities we need to make this happen. In addition, the acquisition offers benefits in the areas of procurement and knowledge-sharing. "Jeroen and commercial director Chris have great commercial acumen and are fully conversant with consumer online shops. We can learn a lot from them," Frank explains. "And the pieces just click really nicely together". The AirTotaal Group is hoping for more organisational power again. By working together, the parties expect to be able serve both the B2B and B2C markets even better.

The AirTotaal Group started out from building services company Pro-Air Ede, and as of 2024 consists of seven companies specialising in ventilation and/or climate control. The focus here is mainly on providing ventilation products to consumers and small businesses. This is done through the online shops Ventilatieshop (NL & BE), Filterfabriek (NL) and Lüftungsfabrik (DE), as well as through the retail companies Air Systems (NL) and New Energy Technics (BE). "We also offer our own brands, such as Whisper," says Jeroen. "This way we can always offer our customers a suitable solution." In addition, after more than 50 years, Pro-Air Ede is still involved in the installation of ventilation and climate control systems. Most of the companies are now centralised at the new headquarters on the A12 in Ede, where the four-member MT - Jeroen and Paul Hendriksen, Chris Jansen and Walter van den Hul - is also based. Together with about 60 employees, they are committed to clean and healthy air for everyone.
