VentilatieService joins Interduct Group
Strong together in renovation
Although strict ventilation requirements apply for new buildings, many existing buildings still rely on natural ventilation. However, awareness is growing about the importance of clean air, and the construction of a good ventilation system is a crucial part of making homes and buildings more sustainable. This also aims to upgrade the energy label. To better meet customer demand, VentilatieService and Interduct are joining forces. This brings the number of Interduct companies that specialise in renovation to three: RenovAir, VentKlima and VentilatieService. With this nationwide coverage, clients throughout the Netherlands can now be helped even faster and better. "We all apply the same principles. Whichever one of us does the job: the quality is high and the result is uniform," said Bart Wijers, managing director of RenovAir."
Part of the business group
When Rein van Gasteren came into contact with Ivo Hanssen, one of the directors of Interduct, some eight months ago, he and his wife Carolyn were not even thinking about a possible takeover of "their" VentilatieService. Indeed, they were still building VentilatieService 2.0. "We wanted to future-proof the company," says Rein. "Because although we still enjoy doing this work, we feel it is important that the company can also function without us." Despite feeling it was still a little too early, they decided to pursue the conversation. And that felt good right away. "Interduct is exactly the group we are looking for," says Rein. "There is a good match, and what we are doing on a small scale now, we can make expand thanks to this collaboration." Interduct will support and facilitate them in this.
About VentilatieService
Initially launched as an online shop for consumers, VentilatieService has grown into a B2B ventilation company specialising in renovation, with over 15 employees. The owners, Rein and Carolyn, have now swapped their old location in Heenvliet for new headquarters in Barendrecht. From here, the team works to improve indoor climates in existing buildings, especially in the western part of the country. Rein: "We are solution-oriented, we listen to our customers and where possible, we always go the extra mile." Carolyn adds: "And we set high quality standards. The work is not handed over until it is really finished. We are therefore proud to say that there are hardly any open items on delivery, and we rarely if ever have to return for aftercare." Honouring agreements is also a top priority. "With us, the customer really is king," says Rein.
