Opportunities
Frank Huis, managing director of the Interduct Group, explains the opportunities he sees with this new type of construction: "Our industry is dynamic due to a rapid series of developments. This offers plenty of opportunity. We maintain our leading position by investing in growth. We always have and we always will. From now on, together with IceLake. We met our new partner a year ago. Before we came together for business, we had many discussions about our area of expertise, and the way we operate. By talking to them, we quickly got a favourable impression of just how much IceLake was already involved in our sector. We have now joined forces, while retaining our autonomy. Our management continues to define our course."
Matching core values
The development strategy is based on organic growth and acquisitions. Interduct is broadening and deepening its services, while maintaining its own identity and corporate culture. Frank Huis: "I am super proud of where we are now. Interduct has become great by building a learning organisation, together with our teams. We work in a culture where we learn with each other, and from each other. IceLake supports our philosophy of a core focus on our people and on giving them space. They understand and appreciate our way of working, where we take a sustainable approach to both people and the environment. There is a good match in our key core values such as cooperation, trust and development. Together with our new partner, we will continue to build a sustainable future on solid and common ground."
IceLake is very optimistic about joining forces with the Interduct Group. IceLake sees the strength of the company's professional and people-oriented culture, and is convinced and committed to its development strategy.
