Antje van de Statie

Working for the Restaurant-Hotel Antje van de Statie, CSE Elektrotechniek delivered the installation of the entire electricity network. The project was unique in terms of the scope and diversity of the contract. CSE Elektrotechniek was involved in the entire process, from design to completion, and is currently still Antje van de Statie's partner for electrical work.

From not much to "wow!"

Antje van de Statie project

Up to the 1970s, the building by the train station was seen as the smartest place in Weert, but it fell vacant and lost its shine. Until the current manager - a distant relative of the iconic "Antje van de Statie" - breathed new life into the building. The building was restored to its original state and transformed into a modern Restaurant-Hotel where past and present come together. The renovation included the installation of a completely new electricity network. To do this, Antje van de Statie B.V. was looking for a committed and experienced electrical installer, and they found one: CSE Elektrotechniek. What particularly appealed to them was our personal approach.

Project Antje van de Statie

Antje in the spotlight

All the electricity in Restaurant-Hotel Antje van de Statie was updated and adapted to the client's needs. This included not only lighting and sockets, but also, for example, card readers, the music system and the security system. Imagine you go to stay at Restaurant-Hotel Antje van de Statie. In the evening, you enjoy a delicious dinner from their own kitchen, while listening to beautiful music. Meanwhile, your belongings are safe in your hotel room, which can only be opened with your personal key card. Once in your room, switch on the lamp on the bedside table and dive into an exciting book, while your phone is recharging. All this (and more) has been made possible by CSE Elektrotechniek.

The power of collaboration

Every question involves personal preferences, but what if the wants and needs of a large number of people need to be taken into account? Then good collaboration is the key. After being awarded the contract, we received the design from De Pinmaekers Interiors and sat down with the client to draw up a lighting plan. This resulted in a final plan for the electricity network to be installed. After delivery of the necessary materials by Rexel, CSE Elektrotechniek immediately started working on the e-installation. Meanwhile, Philips supplied us with the lighting and Hager delivered the meter boxes. We turned to Chubb for the installation of the alarm system, cameras and fire alarms, as they can also provide the ancillary services. This is how we created a new electricity network at Restaurant-Hotel Antje van de Statie in Weert by working together.
