Highly polluted environment

Tussenhoeve Port project
The project involved the construction of 12 new luxury homes in the harbour village of Pernis. A place described as quiet, friendly and green, but also well-known thanks to the presence of industry and Europe's largest oil refinery. Due to the highly polluted environment, the Tussenhoeve Port project included some extra requirements. Gebr. Verschoor was therefore looking for an experienced and reliable party who could provide ventilation technology that met these requirements. They chose Bemar because, due to our collaboration with the other Interduct companies, we can offer bespoke work and innovation.

Healthy living in a polluted environment
All 12 houses are equipped with a heat-exchanger system and a Compact Filterbox with carbon filters. In this way, the polluted air is filtered and neutralised before being passed to the heat-exchanger. This literally keeps the dust particles out of the home and the residents enjoy an ideal indoor climate. Both the residents and the client are highly satisfied with the result.

The power of collaboration
The end result is the outcome of successful collaboration with our partners. Bemar supplied and installed the intake and flat ducts manufactured by Robé, which were later connected to the Zehnder ventilation systems. We then assembled the Compact Filterboxes. These were supplied by our sister company Tops Luchtfilters and were manufactured by our sister company Robé. Finally, we installed the roof bushings supplied by COX Geelen and supplied the CO2 controls and valves. That is how we worked together to create a sustainable, healthy and comfortable indoor climate in 12 new-build homes in Pernis.
