From advice to installation
Our approach
An optimally functioning ventilation system requires customisation. After all, every situation is unique. To determine which solution is most suitable, we begin each collaboration with a comprehensive analysis of the situation. Among other things, we assess the size of the space, the average number of people present, the type of environment in which the building is located, and whether there are any (industrial) processes involved. This information, together with the applicable laws and regulations, forms the basis for our advice and the final design.
Are you enthusiastic about our proposal? Then we will make every effort to start the installation as soon as possible. We will, of course, coordinate the schedule with you to ensure that you and any other parties involved experience as little disruption as possible and – particularly in the case of new-builds – that the work flows seamlessly. Only when the system has been fully configured and tested will we deliver it. That does not necessarily mean that it ends there: with our maintenance contract, we will take care of all maintenance for you, if desired. This ensures that end users continue to enjoy a sustainable, healthy, and comfortable indoor climate in the future.

How do you know if the air quality is adequate?
Although you cannot see or feel air, it is indeed possible to determine the state of air quality. Do scents linger for a long time, for example? Is there dust accumulation? Or have you noticed that people in the room are more likely to experience symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, coughing fits or irritated eyes? Then there is a good chance that the ventilation is insufficient, and it is advisable to call in a ventilation specialist. Are you unsure? Then you can also measure the air quality yourself using an air-quality monitor.
What are the costs of a ventilation system?
It is virtually impossible to give an accurate price indication without knowledge of the situation. The final costs depend entirely on factors such as the type of system, the required capacity, any additional features, and the type and number of ventilation products. Labour costs also play an important role. In general, the larger and more complex the project, the higher the costs. Furthermore, there is a significant difference between, for example, a residential property and an industrial space where various processes take place. As a private individual, may I engage one of your ventilation companies?
Yes and no. Thanks to our expertise, we are able to handle larger and more complex ventilation projects from start to finish. With regard to installation work, our focus is therefore on the commercial market. Nevertheless, we believe that everyone is entitled to a sustainable, healthy, and comfortable indoor environment. That is why we offer filters and other ventilation products to private individuals via our online shops, so that home-owners also have access to high-quality mechanical ventilation. Additionally, as a private individual, you may also contact us for maintenance of your ventilation system.
How often should a ventilation system be serviced?
As with costs, the frequency of maintenance also depends on several factors, such as the intensity of use and the degree of contamination in and around the building. In general, we recommend that you:
1. Replace the filters every six months,
2. Have the system serviced annually, and
3. Carry out periodic checks.
By doing this consistently, you will gain a better understanding of what is required and the system will continue to perform optimally. Would you rather outsource maintenance? That is possible. Our maintenance contract ensures that you no longer have to worry about anything, but you do benefit from healthy indoor air at all times.
How quickly can you resolve a ventilation issue?
That depends on the complexity, the size of the space, the ventilation requirements, your specific wishes and the number of ongoing projects. Because we have everything under one roof and our companies work closely together, we are often able to respond quickly. What’s more, our wholesalers have ample stock and we maintain good relationships with suppliers, enabling us to deliver the necessary systems and products quickly.
